What data we process

The data you provide to us: full name, company or agency, email address, phone number, profile, the town where the property is located, services of interest and the message you write to us. The fields marked with * on the form are mandatory: without this data we are unable to reply to you.

Purpose

To respond to your contact or quote request and, where applicable, to prepare a proposal for you. We will not use your data to send you commercial communications without your express consent.

Legal basis

Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties, except where required by law. The following service providers are involved:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting and delivery of the form to our mailbox, including technical logs such as the IP address; certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which is covered by a European Commission adequacy decision.
• Google (Google Workspace): our email service, where we receive, answer and store your requests; certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• BunnyWay d.o.o. (Bunny Fonts, Slovenia, EU): serves the website fonts and receives the browser’s IP address in order to deliver them.
• WhatsApp (Meta): only if you contact us through it; its own privacy policy applies.

Retention

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to deal with your request and, if a business relationship is established, for as long as that relationship lasts and for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@carmecollmalivern.com. If you believe that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

This website does not use first-party or third-party cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking purposes, so we do not ask for your consent.

The fonts are loaded from Bunny Fonts, a service that does not set cookies or log personal data. The hosting provider, Cloudflare, may use strictly necessary technical cookies for the security of the site, which are exempt from consent (Article 22(2) LSSI-CE).

Should analytics or advertising tools be added in the future, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested before they are installed.
